A Note About Handmade
All of my ceramics are designed, handmade, painted, glazed, finished and handled by me in Spatial Art Studio. While I strive for uniform shapes, patterns and colours, please know that every piece is one of a kind! You may find slight imperfections and marks left by the hand-making process. These contribute to the its beauty and are part of the character of each individual piece. 

 

Care
Although my pieces are dishwasher safe, hand washing is highly recommended for a prolonged life. Dishwashing raises the risk of chipping and knocking handles off during the washing process. Over time, repeated washing will dull the glaze. 
All functional pieces are food and microwave safe. Unglazed and matte glazed surfaces can become stained if they are in prolonged contact with food, so tableware should be rinsed clean as soon as possible.  

 

Custom / Wholesale
Making ceramics is a very slow process. So it often takes me a while to get re-stocked, especially if I am doing lessons or markets.  I am happy to take wholesale enquiries via email, but I do not make the same kinds of pieces over and over again. Unfortunately I do not currently accept custom orders.

 

Theft
I cannot be responsible for stolen packages after the shipment has left my hands. I am a one-woman business and cannot be monetarily responsible for any stolen items. Please keep an eye out for your delivery.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges. However, if an item should arrive broken by the shipping process, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a photo to arrange for a replacement. Please hold on to the broken products until I ask you to return them.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have not received a shipping notification email, the package has not shipped out yet. In this case, please send me an email at info@spatialartstudio.com as soon as possible with your name, order number and the correct address. If your package is shipped, I will not be responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses.

 

Shipping
The packages are shipped via Canada Post and are generally delivered in 2-3 days domestically. International shipping is available to most countries. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout.
